Home Care Workers provide services to our clients who live in their own homes. You will provide high quality care and support services in accordance with the individual needs and wishes of each person and, in doing so, you will enable them to remain living at home independently for as long as they choose to. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide excellent customer service and follow the tasks as directed as part of the Care Plan, such as personal care, general housekeeping and assistance. A Home Care Worker’s job is to deliver services with compassion, integrity and dignity.
Home Care Coordinators manage and coordinate the delivery of the range of services that are provided to our Salvos Home Care clients. You will provide excellent customer service and build partnerships with clients, their families or representatives, and the wider Salvos Home Care Team. As a Home Care Coordinator, you will monitor customer-directed care plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that the services provided meet their requirements and lifestyles. Through this, you will ensure the delivery of high quality, personalised care.
