In-Home and Community Support

Live the life you want while receiving the care you need.

Everyday tasks can become more difficult as we age. We offer a range of services to support older Australians live independently in their own homes and communities.

Our friendly and fully qualified staff will dedicate time getting to know you one-on-one in order to fully understand your needs.

Our Difference

  • Personalised and flexible care plan and a dedicated care coordinator
  • Fully qualified staff with minimum of Certificate III qualification, police checked and first aid certified
  • Affordable pricing with no setup fee, low admin fee, competitively priced services - more funds to spend on the help you need most
  • Streamlined access to our other aged care services as your needs change

Our Services

Navigating various options for support at home can be daunting and confusing. Our friendly Home Care team are ready to help you at any stage, from advising you on the aged care funding process and various Commonwealth subsidised support options available, assisting with paperwork, to finding the best solution tailored to your individual circumstances.

When you choose Salvos Home Care services, we will organise a time to visit you at home. We will work with you to develop your personalised care plan. This can be adjusted at any time and is focused on enhancing your independence, health and well-being.
