Meet Our Home Care Manager

Simon Pavelic is our Home Care Manager and has a wealth of experience working across residential care, retirement living and home care. However, home care is where his true passion lies.

"I decided to pursue a career in aged care because I’ve always had respect and admiration for older people. Growing up, I spent a lot of time with my grandparents, and when my grandmother became unwell, I experienced firsthand the challenges older adults can face when they want to remain at home. My mum’s dedication to caring for her mother for over 25 years further fuelled my desire to support older people in their later years, and to keep them at home for as long as possible. The chance to help individuals navigate the later stages of life in a compassionate and respectful way is what keeps me motivated and passionate about my work."
