Diah is our Centre Manager at Burrangiri Aged Care Respite Centre in Rivett, ACT. She is responsible for the everyday running of the Centre.

Centre Manager: You will be responsible for the management, governance and coordination of all The Salvation Army Aged Care’s operations within the Centre. In this role, you are responsible for mission delivery, financially sustainable and compliance related operations. The Centre Manager’s leadership focuses on providing best care, choice and consultation around all areas of the Centre, a safe and supportive environment and an avenue for dignity of risk for our residents through a committed and valued workforce.
Care Manager: You will be an advocate for clinical excellence and be willing to ensure a homely and loving environment by providing care with compassion, integrity and dignity. Reporting to and working closely with an experienced Centre Manager and a passionate clinical team, you will be a mentor and hands-on leader willing to share your expertise to ensure excellence in care for our residents. The position will also hold accountability for and consideration of budgetary requirements, continuous improvement, AN-ACC, education and statutory requirements. You will also have the autonomy to oversee clinical governance within the centre.
Clinical Coordinator: You will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, guidance, supervision and education to all staff to promote excellence in care. The role's main purpose is to work with and assist the Care Manager in planning, coordinating and evaluating the clinical care in the Centre, in order to assist the Centre in maintaining full accreditation and achieving best practice.
