Welcome

Located in beautiful Mossman, Kubirri Aged Care Centre provides the best of both worlds. The single-level Centre has a tranquil backdrop of the Mossman River, with views of the rainforest and surrounding greenery, whilst being only a couple of minutes away from the town centre, hospital and local attractions.

The Centre has been designed in consultation with the community and industry experts. Features include spacious rooms and communal areas (both indoor and outdoor), modern amenities, expansive gardens and wide corridors. Our Centre aims to provide residents with a good mix of privacy and several indoor and outdoor communal areas to allow them to stay connected if they wish and feel included. The design also leads the way with sustainable design to minimise our environmental footprint.

At Kubirri Aged Care Centre, we are an inclusive community and acknowledge that residents have led rich lives. Our goal is to promote a culture of choice through our services and amenities. Our Lifestyle team organises activities and programs to support residents' interests and help them stay active, and they can participate as much as they wish. We have a dedicated team of nurses and care staff, and our management team are always accessible, willing to help residents in whatever way they can.

Staff and residents are like family and we have strong ties with the local community. Over time we have built a credible reputation as an organisation that genuinely cares for others in need without discrimination. We also recognise the importance of family, friends, supporters and the local community and welcome them to be a part of our community.
