Residents trust that they are in good hands with our care team of fully qualified and committed individuals who share The Salvation Army's values of integrity, compassion, respect, diversity and collaboration.

Each staff member has undergone reference and security checks to ensure they are fully qualified, experienced and are passionate about working in the aged care sector. Emotional intelligence and sensitivity to diversity are other key factors in recruiting our people.

Our approach to dementia care is led by each resident’s interests, feelings and emotions. We respect the rich lives they have led by tailoring our care based on their personal history in a dedicated dementia-friendly environment. Environment can have a big impact on the quality of life.
