Each staff member has undergone reference and security checks to ensure they are fully qualified, experienced and are passionate about working in the aged care sector. Emotional intelligence and sensitivity to diversity are other key factors in recruiting our people.

Meals are cooked by a qualified chef in consultation with the dietitian. The menu is rotated regularly to promote choice and take advantage of what is in season. Each meal has a selection of high protein, vegetarian and modified options. We also cater for special dietary and cultural requirements.

Nutrition programs can also be organised as required.

There are two room options to suit different levels of mobility, comfort and budgets. All rooms are fully furnished with ensuite facilities. Other features include:

• Nurse call bell system for peace of mind

• TV 
• Optional Pay TV, telephone and internet. 

You are welcome to bring in your own favourite items - photos, mementos and accessories - to dress the room to your own taste and preferences. *

We have various programs in place to help keep residents as engaged and connected as they wish. The Centre has a dedicated Lifestyle Team that organises daily activities based on the suggestions of residents, including outings, celebrations, trivia, singing, interactive games, chapel services and more.

Scheduled visits from the local GP and other Allied Health services as needed, including physiotherapist, podiatrist, speech therapist, occupational therapist and dentist.

We have a holistic model of care. The Centre Chaplains play an important role in bringing this to life. We also have a chapel onsite. Whatever your beliefs, our Chaplains are here to assist in your spiritual and emotional journey, if you wish - because we don't have clients, only family.
