Welcome

Riverview Gardens Aged Care Centre offers a caring and supportive lifestyle in a single-storey, spacious home with landscaped gardens. Located in an 8-hectare property, we are surrounded by natural greenery. Along with the Brisbane River as a backdrop and fresh country air, our Centre offers a serene and relaxed environment that also has easy access to public transport links to Brisbane CBD, Ipswich, Rosewood and local services.

Our staff and residents are like family and we aim to promote a culture of choice through our services and amenities and we acknowledge our residents have led rich lives. We have a dedicated team of nurses and care staff, and our management team are always easy to reach with any queries. We also understand the importance of family and friends and encourage them to be an integral part of our community.

We have strong ties and work closely with the local community, and over time have built a credible reputation as an organisation that provides quality care and genuinely cares for others in need without discrimination, regardless of their circumstances.

Our staff and Chaplain go beyond the clinical to cater for the physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing of our residents. Our Lifestyle team organise a dynamic program and try to create as many opportunities as possible to help our residents be active and live their best lives, where in which they can participate as much as they wish.

Feel right at home with our friendly, compassionate and qualified staff and our person-centred model of care.

Each staff member has undergone reference and security checks to ensure they are fully qualified, experienced and are passionate about working in the aged care sector. Our staff undergo ongoing training as well to make sure they are up to speed with the latest processes and knowledge. Emotional intelligence and sensitivity to diversity are other key factors that we take into consideration when recruiting staff into our Centre community.

Our approach to dementia care is led by each resident’s interests, feelings and emotions. We respect the rich lives they have led by tailoring our care based on their personal history in a dedicated dementia-friendly environment.
