The team's office is co-located with the Village team and can provide nursing care, therapies, personal care, help with housework or extra help after a hospital stay, all while continuing to live independently.

If a short-term care stay is needed, or if you or your partner requires permanent care, support is next door at Woodport Aged Care Centre. This allows one partner to remain living independently in the Village, with the reassurance that their loved one is receiving 24-hour care nearby.
